What we collect
Business account requests: first and last name, work email, venue name, venue type, city and any message you send us. Accounts and orders: your login email, the order details you submit and delivery information. Site usage: essential cookies needed for the site and your language choice, plus analytics data only if you consent.
Why we use it
To review and answer partner requests, to create and operate your business account, to process and deliver orders, to send transactional emails linked to your account, and to keep records required by accounting law.
Legal basis
Your consent for optional analytics cookies and for marketing contact, performance of a contract for accounts and orders, and legitimate interest or legal obligation for security, fraud prevention and bookkeeping.
How long we keep it
Partner requests that are not approved are deleted within 12 months. Account and order records are kept for as long as the account is active and afterwards for the period required by accounting and tax law.
Who else processes it
We use service providers that host our website, database and transactional email delivery on our behalf. They process data only on our instructions and within the EU or under equivalent safeguards.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, and withdraw a consent you have given at any time. Write to sales@orahrituals.com and we will reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
