A Shared Ritual: Vibes Mega Park

On movement, balance and thinking long-term.

A note from the founder of ORAH

When I first stepped into Vibes Mega Park, I recognized something that felt like the exact direction wellness is moving toward.

For years, fitness was measured almost entirely by extremes — the highest number on the barbell, the maximum strain score on a fitness watch, or a purely visual result. But the way we treat our bodies is becoming much more thoughtful. Our bodies can only take so much pressure before they ask for balance. The real shift today is toward functional well-being and longevity: doing good for the body from the inside out, thinking in years rather than days, and building habits that accumulate quiet value over time.

That balance requires the right environment. At Vibes, what stood out immediately wasn't just the refined setting and high-end equipment — it was the people. A team of true professionals who genuinely care about the people walking through the door.

As a founder, finding partners whose values mirror your own is rare. When you combine conscious physical effort with a clean, unflavoured collagen ritual at the bar, care stops being an afterthought. It becomes a seamless part of the daily routine. Bringing ORAH to Vibes was the natural choice.
